"requirements for todays translators"

What is required to do written translations in todays world? I use to do them over ten years ago. At the bottom of my translation I would just write I certify under perjury that the attached blank is a true and exact copy of the attached blank. Is there more to add? I would appreciate some feedback, thank you.
